(Chaz Anon) An escalation toward a Civil conflict continues in Texas as Democrats have called on Joe Biden to seize control of the Texas National Guard.

The Guard is continuing to make and install the barriers in defiance of a Supreme Court order that now allows for the feds to take them down.

This battle highlights the separation of power that is supposed to exist between states and the federal government. The fascistic Biden Administration doesn’t seem to care about states and individual rights unless they can wield them as a tool to divide and rule over the people of the United States.

Texas Governor Gregg Abbot issued a statement vowing that authorities under his jurisdiction will not back down.

“The failure of the Biden administration to fulfill the duties imposed by Article IV section 4 has triggered Article 1, section 10, Clause 3, which reserves to this State the right of self-defense,” Abbott proclaimed, adding “For these reasons, I have already declared an invasion under Article I, section 10, Clause 3 to invoke Texas’s constitutional authority to defend and protect itself.”

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre would not rule out the Biden Administration seizing control of the Texas National Guard Thursday.

During an interview on CNN, Jean-Pierre was asked if the Biden administration would federalize the national guard.

Jean-Pierre accused Texas Governor Greg Abbot of “politicising the situation,” and claiming that it is “unfortunate” that they had to go to the Supreme Court for a ruling that Border Patrol agents can take down the barriers.

She claimed Abbot is “making it harder for law enforcement at the border to do their job,” and that the Biden Administration “wants to get something done at the border.”

Jean-Pierre further asserted that Abbot is “not interested” in finding a solution to the border crisis and is “not helping communities” there.

“I’m not going to speak to any actions that the President might or might not take,” she concluded, referring to the potential usurpation of the Texas Guard.

Biden has given Texas a 24 hour deadline to allow Border Patrol to remove the razor wire or face consequences, while Abbot himself stated that Texas will continue to work to prevent criminals from entering the State:
