The Shadow Presidents: 3 Hidden Figures People Believe are ‘Really’ Running the Biden Presidency

The Shadow Presidents: 3 Hidden Figures People Believe are ‘Really’ Running the Biden Presidency

(Kyle Becker) There are many strong reasons to believe that Joe Biden is effectively a “missing” president and that there are other people behind the scenes who are actually running the show.

Although a few of the names that have surfaced as ‘shadow presidents’ are already known, a name was recently added to the list that may surprise some people. Let’s go through these figures one at a time.

Barack Obama

Barack Obama is an interesting case to explore, because he was notably reluctant to back his former vice president in his 2020 presidential bid.

“Barack Obama publicly endorsed presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden,” the New York Post reported in August, “But has privately expressed grave concerns about his former veep’s 2020 White House run, a report said.”

“Don’t underestimate Joe’s ability to f–k things up,” Obama said, according to an unnamed Democrat in a Politico story. But one must never take the optics dispensed by the Democratic Party at face value. Actions speak louder than words.

In November, following Biden’s presumed election victory, Obama’s sudden resurgence was noted in a Guardian piece called “The shadow of Obama.”

“He’s back with a vengeance,” the Guardian notes. “After four years lying low as Donald Trump occupied the White House, Barack Obama is suddenly everywhere again – on TV, on radio, online and in bookshops. The 44th US president’s memoir, A Promised Land, was published this week and, shifting nearly 890,000 copies in its first 24 hours, is likely to become the bestselling presidential memoir in modern American history. It topped his wife Michelle Obama’s book, Becoming, which sold 725,000 copies on day one.”

“As he promotes the 768-page tome, Obama is being asked what influence he and his allies may wield when his former deputy, Joe Biden, assumes the presidency in January,” the report goes on. “It is a double-edged sword. Biden knows that he will always be able to call on his old boss for advice – but he has big shoes to fill and could suffer by comparison.”

“I’m certain Barack would be happy to react to any question or request Biden put to him,” said David Garrow, author of Rising Star: The Making of Barack Obama.

In an interview with CBS Sunday Morning, Obama said Biden “doesn’t need my advice, and I will help him in any ways that I can. Now, I’m not planning to suddenly work on the White House staff or something.”

When asked if he would consider a cabinet position, Obama deflected: “There are some things I would not be doing because Michelle would leave me. She’d be like, ‘What? You’re doing what?’”

Kamala Harris

Due to the rapid decline in the capability of Joe Biden to run the White House, Kamala Harris, one of the most radical Democrats in America, is now poised to become the President of the United States.

There have been a number of reasons to believe that Harris has been an indispensable go-to person in the Biden White House, despite the vice presidency being a notably weak position.

For one example, Harris has now been taking Biden’s calls with world leaders. The National Pulse noted that Biden was missing from a call with French President Emanuel Macron on President’s Day weekend. This is from the White House’s press readout:

Vice President Kamala Harris spoke today with President Emmanuel Macron of France, and expressed her commitment to strengthening bilateral ties between the United States and France and to revitalizing the transatlantic alliance. Vice President Harris and President Macron agreed on the need for close bilateral and multilateral cooperation to address COVID-19, climate change, and support democracy at home and around the world. They also discussed numerous regional challenges, including those in the Middle East and Africa, and the need to confront them together. The Vice President thanked President Macron for his leadership on the issue of gender equality and for France’s contribution to NASA’s Mars 2020 Perseverance rover.

Kamala Harris also spoke with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. Furthermore, she sits in on nearly all of Biden’s intelligence briefings.

“The President’s Daily Brief, a highly classified update on the country’s top intelligence, is back to a daily occurrence after happening only sporadically under Trump,” CNN reported without adding context that he read them anyway. “Joined in the Oval Office by Vice President Kamala Harris — who has used an iPad to receive the briefing, like Obama — Biden is run through the update by a range of intelligence professionals.”

Harris was even reportedly mad that Russian president Vladimir Putin was notified of Syrian airstrikes before she was. Kamala Harris has to be kept in the loop, you see, because she appears to be effectively training to become the next President of the United States.

Susan Rice

Susan Rice, who was National Security Adviser under Obama from 2013-2017, has taken up yet another security-masked position in the Biden administration: Domestic policy adviser.

What exactly qualifies Rice to be a domestic policy adviser is a bit of a mystery; however, it would perfectly complement her background as a foreign policy wonk, if she were being groomed to ascend in the ranks. And political junkies obviously know her pivotal role in the “unmasking” scandals during the waning months of the Obama administration, as well as her infamous “CYA” memo.

“In April 2017, Rice was asked by PBS’s Judy Woodruff if she was aware of members of the Trump team being surveilled in connection with foreign investigations,” the Post reported.

“I know nothing about this,” she replied. “I was surprised to see the reports.”

“But we now know that Rice was very much aware of, and a leader in, the spying efforts, including the unmasking of Flynn,” the Post notes.

This is in addition to Rice’s whirlwind Sunday tour of Benghazi lies, where she blamed the planned terror assault on a diplomatic compound in Libya that killed four Americans on a Youtube video.

Former Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell believes that Susan Rice is the “real president” and the brains behind the Biden operationn.

“I think you need to watch Susan Rice very closely,” he said on “Sunday Morning Futures.” “She will be the shadow president.”

“Grenell called Biden’s pick ‘interesting’ considering Rice has no experience in domestic policy but nonetheless will be ‘incredibly influential’ under the new administration,” Fox News continued.

Rice understands the “entire apparatus,” Grenell claimed.

“I think the reality is, she’s going to be running foreign policy, domestic policy,” he continued. “She’s probably extremely happy that Kamala Harris is going to be preoccupied with the Senate… and won’t have a lot of time to get into policy issues.”

Grenell also believes that Biden’s pliability on all of these extreme executive orders shows that he is in a weakened state and being exploited by radicals around him.

“We saw him raise his hand during the Democratic primary for some really radical ideas,” he said. “The progressives have clearly taken over him… And Susan Rice being right there at the White House to be the shadow president is probably exactly where she wants to be.”

Barack Obama, Susan Rice, and Kamala Harris are only a small handful of the most prominent figures who are connected to the Biden White House who may have outsized influence with a diminished president. Whoever is running the Biden White House, it does not appear to be Joe Biden.
