(Chaz Anon) The next theory involves a conspiracy to murder the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia by assassins thought to be employed by his cousin/rival Prince Al-Waleed. This narrative might seem far fetched on the surface, but if we look beneath the disinformation and analyze the clues, a new point of view is formed.
The order of succession to the throne of Saudi Arabia is determined within the House of Saud. Every King of Saudi Arabia upon his death, has been succeeded by the Crown Prince, with a replacement for the Crown Prince then being appointed according to seniority among the sons of Saud.
The current king, Salman, took over when his elder brother Abdullah died in 2015. The House of Saud quickly became politically divided. He first appointed his younger brother Muqrin Crown Prince, like tradition dictated, but they could not see eye to eye. Salman is a moderate Suni and Prince Muqrin is a Wahhabi, which is considered the extremist faction of Islam. The King quickly relieved Muqrin of his duties. He was then replaced by the kings nephew Prince Nayef, ending the tradition of the Sudairi Seven sons of Ibn Saud. The king's nephew didn't work out either, therefore Salman made the decision to name his son, Muhammed, the next Crown Prince.

When President Trump visited Saudi Arabia in May 2017, it was described as a spectacle, with strange orbs and colorful festivities. Some media pundits found it unusual that President Trump was so warmly greeted by King Salman. Many far right conservatives think that Obama is a secret Muslim, yet he never got the kind of love Trump did from the House of Saud. It is suspected that King Salman made a deal with President Trump, Get the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) oil companies listed on the NYSE, and the House of Saud will support President Trump.
In 2010, when fracking became a viable industry, Saudi controlled OPEC began to lose "total control" of the oil markets. In the past they used their power to crush governments, manipulate prices, control supplies, and fund activities. With the fracking boom, the world was no longer at the mercy of OPEC. They had a plan to bankrupt the fracking businesses by flooding the market with oil, lowering prices. But it didn't work. So they lobbied and supplied funds to the Democratic party to convince the American people that fracking is terrible. They thought Hilary Clinton would win and could sell environmental regulations on fracking. That didn't work out either.

A policy compromise was made that would give King Salman what he wanted (economic growth) while enabling President Trump a successful militarily victory against KSA supported ISIS terror groups.
Shortly after Trump’s visit things began to change in Saudi Arabia. New laws where instituted that allowed women to drive. In order to attract business investments to his country, the king needed to change the perception the rest of the world had of Saudi Arabia. Though the House of Saud could have survived for years on their vast petrol reserves, they need to diversify for future wealth and prosperity.
But not everyone was happy with these changes. The extremist Wahhabi princes, this include the kings cousins Al-Waleed and the previous Crown Prince Muqrin, did not like losing the power they once had. They did not like liberal social reforms. So the plot against King Salmon and his Son Mohammed went live.

Where is the Crown Prince?
Coincidentally, Prince Al-Waleed's investment firm, Kingdom Holding Company, owns major shares in the Four Seasons Las Vegas which are the upper floors of the Mandalay Bay resort. This includes the floor above the 32nd floor which is the main crime scene. This section of Mandalay Bay also conveniently has a heli-pad on the roof that could theoretically be used as an escape route.
As we mentioned in Part 1, Stephen Paddock was a pilot who is suspected to be a gun trafficker/smuggler. Some have theorized that he trafficked between the Philippines and the US for none other than Prince Al-Waleed. The prince is considered one of the 100 most influential people in the business world. He invests in many western companies, including Twitter, while aligning back home with his ousted cousin Ex-Crown Prince Muqrin, the Wahhabi extremist.
On the night of the attack, it is theorized that Crown Prince Salman was in Las Vegas to gamble. Some think he had the whole top floor at The Four Seasons/Mandalay Bay, with employees confirming that Saudi royalty were at the hotel that week. This was the perfect opportunity to take out the Crown Prince. But the Crown Prince was deceptive, perhaps warned, and was not there. He was actually down the street at the Tropicana.

The theory claims that the assassins posed as terrorists who wanted to buy guns, with "official” suspect Stephen Paddock as the contact man to supply the weapons. It is possible that the assassins were ISIS affiliated considering Al-Waleed is known for funding Islamic extremism. It is certainly possible that Paddock was trafficking for Al-Waleed while also being affiliated with a government alphabet agency. Could a Saudi Prince (with Clinton connections) dupe an American intelligence agency, perhaps the FBI, into supplying the guns for a death squad?
So, what was the assassination plan at the Mandalay Bay? The killers would climb the stairs right after the 'deal' with Paddock and kill the Crown Prince at the Four Seasons. Paddock's weapons cache located on the 32nd floor, would be used in the murder of the Crown Prince, as well as during the escape. All but one entry point to the floor was barricaded because the assassins wanted to make sure to impede the authorities as much as possible. Perhaps a different agency, not involved in the arms deal, got wind of the assassination plot and immediate attempted a round up of the assassination squad.
The Crown Prince was dressed like a "Regular Joe" in order to blend in to the Las Vegas nightlife. He slipped away from the Mandalay Bay to play cards at the Tropicana. As soon as the FBI (or some other agency) learned of the assassination plot, they stormed the Tropicana and extracted the prince. They lead him out of the casino and escort him to the airport while continuing to encounter gunfire from assassins. This includes a firefight at the airport reported by witnesses. Luckily the Crown Prince eventually made it to the chopper and was whisked away.
There were reported shootouts at various hotels along the strip including the Mandalay Bay & Tropicana hotels. Concert goers reported shooting from various directions, which would mean multiple assassins were used. Some witnesses say there were shooters on the ground as well. Some of the assassins might have been killed by law enforcement, which investigative journalist Laura Loomer attempts to prove, unfortunately her video is very pixilated. There is also a video that confirms that there were helicopters flying overhead the Mandalay Bay during the shootings (above).
After the Crown Prince escaped, the terrorists/assassins in Paddock’s hotel showroom probably got a call telling them the plan had changed. They murder Paddock, then the assassins used his rifles and started firing on the crowd below, as a possible distraction, or as part of the original plan, escaping after assassination of the Crown Prince. After a few mags, they realize that the other mags aren’t loaded and start reloading as fast as possible. This is why there are lapses between bursts of fire (40 seconds). One of them then goes to the other room of the hotel suite and breaks that window to start shooting, perhaps to shoot at the fuel tanks at a nearby airport. They hope it will draw the police away from the Mandalay Bay allowing for time to escape.

This is when Jesus Campos allegedly strolls up to the 32nd floor, the security guard who will corroborate the official narrative. Was he just an innocent bystander who got shot trying to save lives or was he connected to the terrorist assassination team? He said the 'person' in the room opened fire in his direction and fired 200 shots through the door. He somehow escapes all those lethal shot and was able to call for security reinforcements.
Where the assassins killed by a SWAT team or did they escape with the help of Jesus Campos? Either scenario seems possible considering the secretive nature of Campos after the shooting. Campos disappeared from the public eye for weeks after the shooting, hiding from the media until the MGM's exclusive Ellen Show interview. Law enforcement allowed him to take a mysterious trip to Mexico two weeks after the mass shooting.
It is possible that the FBI was already at the Mandalay Bay (the theory is that the Crown Prince was extracted right before the shooting started) and quickly assessed the situation and shaped the cover story. Why? Because if a failed Saudi assassination attempt was responsible for the deaths of 58 innocent bystanders, with the help of the FBI/CIA supplied guns, then the people of the United States would demand a war with Saudi Arabia, and the dismantling of the current intelligence apparatus.
On November 3, One month after the massacre, a missile was intercepted by the Saudi military. Some have suggested that it was the final effort by the anti-King Salman faction to take him out. Two days later on the 5th, a massive raid on the Wahhabi aligned Saudi palaces took place. A handful of the anti-Salman faction were killed, including Mansour, the son of Prince Muqrin. Ten Princes, including Al-Waleed, were held for 80 days at the Ritz-Carlton in Riyadh.
According to attorney Matthias Chang, Saudi Prince Al-Waleed admitted under interrogation that he sent an elite team of snipers from the Saudi Royal Air Force to the Mandalay Bay Hotel on the night of the Las Vegas Massacre. In an email, screen-captured and uploaded to Twitter, Chang details how the Saudi Prince sent snipers to the Mandalay Bay to occupy the floors above Paddock’s room:

He has been arrested and imprisoned and went under extreme interrogation and spilled the bean as to his role.
